Flashback Arrestor

Arrestor or Safety valve is one of the important components in the gas cutting unit which has the following functions:

- To prevent the pressure of acetylene gas or oxygen gas from returning to the cutting gas cylinder caused by clogged holes in the nozzle or other things.

- To prevent leakage of cutting gas pressure that enters the cutting gas cylinder which can have an explosion or fire effect.

Using an arrestor or safety valve on the acetylene gas line and oxygen gas line is one of the safety measures to avoid the potential danger of explosion in the cutting gas cylinder which can have a fatal effect, namely a fire.
